I dipped into my emergency reserves yesterday when I woke up and thought, “Surely, it must be Friday!” Nope. Wednesday.
A little spray of chocolate on my morning coffee can only improve my mood…
Follow that up with an hour of yoga and a three mile run, and I’m ready to tackle the second half of my week.
